How to earn a promotion within the guild!

There have been some people asking how to earn promotions so I've decided to add a thread to forums to keep everyone updated with how we do our ranking system etc etc
First off we all know our loot system, Now I'm going to take it to the next step, Depending on your EP you will get promotions from now on, Please note you will only be able to earn up to Raid Leader with this system.

Promotions will be given for Class Leader and Officer positions to exceptional players, who have displayed good leadership skills, know their class, help other players 24/7, etc. If you beg for one of these positions you most definitely will not get it!

Below is a list of how much you need per rank in the guild

Member 5000EP
Raider 10000EP
Core Raider 15000EP

Seems like a lot at first but its not very hard to get a rank, Takes maybe 5 Full clear raids to get 5k EP.
Remember we at Athena are looking for dedicated members so this is why I've chosen to use this system for our guild.

jus curious then ........ only if ur main char gets that amount of ep do u get promoed or can alts ep be added 2 get the total ep? cause i for 1 use 3 char in this guild and switch when ever a healer or dps is needed

i add the 2 together seeing has we call upon ppl to bring alts taht are healers like ur priest to the raid instead of ur main in that cause ill promote u based on total ep acumulated on the chars
