Since we are going trough a kinda hard period in Athena with Exe not avaliable to get online so much and haasan is back in School aswell as me. Ive put up some new things that infact always been there but not taken to hard on.

To get things rolling again we need YOU, to be in the G-raid. NO exeptions will be made unless you are on 5% on a boss or if you have to get going. We dont care if you are currently in a superimba swprun, the guildruns is always better.
DO THIS FOR THE GUILD!
If you dont attend for raids often enough honestly you gonna end up getting a G-kick or demoted back to Fresh meat or trial.
More raids equals more geared members and alot more fun ! We want fun, aswell as we want geared members so we can actually try some hardstuff and maybe start clearing SWP again.

Remember, we wont actually MAKE you do this, becuse you are in the guild becuse you chose it. BUT if you choose us, you have to obey the rules and be a little bit more serious then some other guilds on this private server.

WE CAN IF WE WANT ! Remember that.

/agree more than 100%. Sometimes when i do G runs, are more then 15 ppl online but just like 7 join the g run. We need that every player help us on Guild runs. My school started too, but i am doing my best for the guild trying to do Guld Runs. Im sorry if i am not 100% online but i am really trying. I hope we get more players on guild runs and become a better guild biggrin

Indeed. We can run anything we want, just need that everybody make ur part to help the guild. someone can say: How can we make guild runs if no raid leader or officer is online?... ANYONE can get Raid leader+ if they want, just join 100% of the guild runs that are made and u will get LOTS of EP, every 5k EP u get a promote, so it isnt hard to get it ..... and we are giving 200 EP for ZA to help ppl get PR and promotes, so help the guild and u will help urself aswell. I will try to log in and make guild runs everytime i can, but it will be kinda hard with my college now. Well, lets see if the things get better now. cya biggrin

It boils down to the same Old thing, Most people are selfish bastards. Ive run alot of guild runs now and 99 percent of them go without a hitch, Some Times though a server crash happans Or people Have to go, Recently a run i was in a few people Quit after a wipe. Nystie Did demote and remove Some of there eps For this. But Heck When i was raiding On Retail, If any members Left a guild raid Because Of one Wipe The would have been kicked out of the guild Before They could POrt back to city. I dont mind Helping Out in Guild Raids, Just getting Tired Of running Bt all the time. It seems That most of our active members are new comers Who arnt Geared Or alts. So Its a never Ending cycle Of gearing Up people While Alot Of our Main Players arnt Getting Gear except From Pugs. Which is sad Since most of them are the ones that take time out to help gear these people Who may or may not stay Long enough with the guild.

In order to award recent effort more than past effort, which in effect avoids PR hoarding for veterans and enables new coming and dedicated members of a guild to be awarded properly, EPGP supports a decay mechanism. Decay simply removes a chunk of EP and GP from the totals, effectively leaving PR unchanged. For example with a decay of 10% applied each week, for each 7 days that pass your effort's rewards get diminished by 10%. The effort you put 10 weeks ago will only be worth 34.8% of what it did when you received it ( (1-0.1) 10 ).

whats wrong with it? we used to have epgp decay before.. i just felt like it needs to be applied again just to give others a chance to win a loot... and besides it is based on pr not ep.. which the decay doesnt affefct
