Guild runs and how they work!

Ok here are the rules that should be used when makeing a guild run

1. All guildies are welcome in raid not just the imba ppl.
2. Rule #1 applies for all instances i.e. SWP WE ect.

Now the rules are really kind of pointing out the obvious, but we can't expect our UG guildies to get geared if we dont allow them to run raids with us. Now a question was asked of me "why bring UG ppl when we can clear the instance faster with imba only people?". My response was "Well why bother raiding if everyone is imba and doesnt need anything". That's the way I view guild runs, if you want to be part of a guild then you should work to help others in your guild, that simple. Just because you're more geared then others, doesn't give you the right to exclude them from raids. If I hear of anymore raid leaders doing so I wont hesitate to demote you back to trial till you learn about the way we do things here and if that doesnt fix the problem I'll gkick you and end it right there. This goes for everyone not just the new raid leaders or class leaders but the old ones too. Now if i'm wrong about how we are suppose to run guild raids then tell me now so I can fix my view on it. I might be overstepping my bounds by threatening people with demotions and kicks.

I've edited post to correcting little grammar mistypes, I like the way you lead things and your view is always highly appreciated, and that goes for the rest of the members in the guild. Please don't hesitate to message me or talk to our fellow officers because they all speak to me closely.

I do realise it is hard because I'm not playing world of chris as much as a guild leader should be and I do apologise to every member for that but I have to put my life first over a game and that goes for everyone else that has some hard times finding time to play if you have things you need to do.

P.S Promoted Zang to officer.

Don't think your work will go unseen, I speak closely with all the officers and there is nothing good that goes past me. I will take in account for everything and determine if you are worthy and worth while to be a raid leader and more. I've seen alot of positive comments from Zangetsux and there is none that is negative towards other members, I like how he views things and I like how he is willing to take time out to post a rules thread.
