| How did things go with the Saturday Black Temple raids? Please keep me updated in what's happening. I've somehow found some time on my hands so I'll be working on the website and I'll try my hardest to get in-game. I will be updateing the addons and working on afew other things. | Basically it Didnt, It was a timeing issue. Myself I was on at 12am and 12 pm The Day 2 early. Keep in mind those times For me are really 3pm and 3am. I found At My sat Is actually your friday So meh . Also A few others Thought the same. I will be looking for a Server Time and Date Web mod We can use So all we have to do is check the website, Something that can compliment A guild roster. But Today I made An effort, To Do 4 ave runs and a bt run . Just Cause people wanted to raid

| Well the fact Is , We did have it planned. The Problem Was miss communication. I was under the impression The raid was 12pm and so where others. But it was at 12am Server time. I had also Got the day Wrong And Since i hadnt Seen Zang due to this I had spread the word of the time. If u would Like to, And Think u can Do a better job on getting 25 people in different time zones All To log at once, Then Be my guest. Giving me shit For it Is not productive ok? .

| Actually taking shit from others from your mistakes is the first step to being productive and learning from the experience, and as of you being an officer, you are expected to actually be organized, which I kind of didn't see in this "planned guild run". I recommend the "Pro tips for officers" forum thread if you need any more assistance. Maybe next time you could be successful.

| Well Thank you for some Active criticism. As me being an office. That Has Only happand Today. Yes My rank on the forums has stated that im a Officer But that Guild change was only made recently. Upon my statement Of saying it was planned. Well Yes it Was. I was online as Was Zang. It was his project and i did tell him i wanted him To organize it. Im not Trying to pass any blame Here, But It comes Down To trail And error. We Need Your (The guilds) Support As Well to make these Kind Of fun events Happan And Run Smoothly. Even A little Bit of word of mouth on your Behalf can help Us run these events Alot Better. Let me know what you think.
