A> I am currently specd 0/21/40, I have specd into both improved slaying for increased critical damage and increased damage so that I am able to pull decent amounts of dps. I have specd hawkeye so that I may begin CC/DPS from as far as way as possible maximising my crowd control capabilities. I have specd into improved feign death so that if require then I can drop my threat on multiple targets allowing somebody else to pick them up so I can begin a CC/DPS rotation again. I have specd into 15% agi so that I have higher crit and AP then expose weakness so that I am able to buff most members of the raid to their maximum DPS. Wyvern sting for CC and master tact for a higher chance to use expose weakness and more DPS. The 21 in MM are there to increase my dps and for some additional crowd control.
Overall my spec is designed for CC and if that is not required then I am still able to pull a substantial amount of DPS. Currently I have 746 agi but I would like to have at least 850 before I can consider myself a worthy SV hunter. The sockets in my gear are 12 agi because this increases my expose weakness and my chance for expose to proc and my overall AP.

Q> How do you feel about being told what to do in a raid situation and are you thick skinned (take verbal abuse)?
A> I always listen to my raid leader if they are experienced and know what they are talking about, I am not afraid to express my opinion if I believe that it can help the raid leader/group in boss fights. Verbal abuse doesnt really bother me unless they make it personal.

A> Every day 3-4 hours in the week and nearly all day in the weekend

A> I wish to achieve my personal goal of 850 agi and to help the guild progress and recieve gear.
